日々仕事と家事で忙しくストレスが溜りがち。また、デスクワークをしているので肩や首のコリがスゴいんです。ヨガでストレスとコリの解消ができそうと購入しました。
このＤＶＤは平日でもできるよう１タイトル毎に最後に行う「シャバサナ」がついていて、毎日手軽にできるよう工夫してあります。癒し系のバックミュージックがとても心地よく、途中で寝てしまいそうになりました。就寝前に行うと自然に熟睡できると思います。

ヨガのDVDを始めると、一通り終えるまで1時間ぐらいかかってたのが、今回この詳細を見て、即購入。20分前後のプログラムが、3つと、呼吸法と瞑想を丁寧に教えてくれるセクションが一つ。集中的に体の緊張を部位別に分けて解消していく内容。おかげさまで、寝る前の時間がとても充実しています。

こんなヨガDVDが欲しかったです。
タイプ別に短いプログラムで構成されているこのヨガは
仕事が忙しくても無理せずに続けられて、しかも気持ちよく眠れます。
スーっと眠りにつける感じです。
ストレスをすべて取り去るのは無理でも少しでも軽くできれば、という
マック・久美子さんのコメントにも納得でした。
忙しくて疲れ気味の方にオススメです。。。
