1ヶ月ほど前から使用しています。主に喫茶店で利用しています。これをするようになって、他人の会話で集中力がそがれることが少なくなりました。「会話をしていることは分かるけど、会話の中身までは分からない」感じです。あと、外で利用するため、見た目に目立たないピンク色は重宝しています。

長時間利用していたときに左の耳が痛くなってきたのですが、浅めに入れるようにしたら解消されました（遮音性は変わらず）。
確かによれてきますが、取り出すときに爪で引っ掛けず、丁寧に取り出すようにしていれば、寿命は延びそうです。

　確かな防音性です。ただ使用すればするだけヨレてき、耳の中に入れにくくなってくるのはこういう材質の耳栓の宿命で、逃れられません。
潰せば潰すほどヨレるまでが早くなるので、そういう意識がないとすぐにダメになってしまうかもしれません。一組の寿命は2･3ヶ月というところでしょう。

　そういうこともあって、コストパフォーマンスは必ずしも良いとはいえない。
かといってダメにならない耳栓もなさそうなので、愛用しています。

耳栓が２セット（計４個）と、持ち運び用の小さいケースが入っていました。

個人差はあると思いますが
テレビの音は、聞き取れるか聞き取れないか、といったところ。
目覚まし時計の音は、しっかりと聞こえます。（起きられるかどうかは微妙ですが）
もちろん、ちょっとした物音は全くと言っていいほど聞こえなくなりました。

耳栓は柔らかく、こよりのように細くしてから耳に入れるタイプです。
耳の中で大きさが戻って耳の形にフィットします。
