いくら原作が良くても、いくら俳優の方が素晴らしい演技をしても、1つ間違えばとんでもなく気分の悪い作品になってしまう事を、私はこの映画を観て初めて実感した。
玉木宏さん、 蒼井優さんの演技が良かった分、構成の悪さが目立つ。
あの原作の細かい設定や描写・人間関係は、どこに消えてしまったのだろうか?

「脳移植」「変身」
この二つのキーワードから、ほとんどの方が脳移植により人格が変化する展開を想像するはず。
原作は登場人物の細かい設定、それぞれの人間関係や利害関係、そしてなにより人格が変化する過程がとても細かく描かれているのに・・・・・・
だから、誰もが想像できる単純な展開じゃなかったのに。
よくもここまで、登場人物の背景を描くことを省けたものだ。
せっかくの原作を、ただの移植話にされてしまった悔しさが残る。

うわさには聞いていましたが、実際、観てみると、うわさ通りのひどい出来です。
監督の演出と、脚本に問題ありです。
監督と脚本を変えて、もう一度撮り直して欲しいぐらいです。

原作読んでから見たので、はっきり言って失望しました。他の方のレビューも見ていただいたら分かりますが、原作の退屈なダイジェスト版です。特に最後の恵と純一のやりとりをダラダラ引き延ばし過ぎで、ベタなBGMも一層気分を盛り下げます。原作の暗い雰囲気をもっと前面に押し出さないと恵と純一の場面も活きてこない。一時間半という短い時間の中に純一が狂暴になりつつも苦悩する場面を簡潔に描き過ぎです。これでは東野氏が原作を通して言いたかった事が何も伝わってきません。見終わった後は「なんだこりゃ?」と思いました。原作読んだ人は見ることをオススメしません。
