デザインも使い勝手もまぁまぁ。ただし、DOCKコネクタの部分に爪（？）がついていないため、スポスポと簡単に抜けてしまいます。かなりイライラ。iPod本体をカバンの中に入れ、リモコンだけ外に出して使用していますが、リモコンが効かない！と思ったら本体から外れてたなんてしょっちゅう。これはいただけませんね。

配色やボタン配置など、デザインが良いですね。
アルバムスキップが出来るなど、機能も十分です。
ただ、1つだけ気に入らない点が・・・。
それは、このリモコンにはイヤホン接続端子が付いていないので、イヤホンはiPod本体の端子に繋ぐ必要があるという事です。
もちろん、こんなイレギュラーな形態になった理由はそれなりにあるのでしょうが、そこは何とかして欲しかったです。
鞄からケーブルが2本も延びて来るのは邪魔ですからね。
せめて、RadioRemote互換のラジオ機能でも付けてくれればまだ良かったのですが。
という事で、メーカーサイトでも見落としがちな点ですので、ご購入の際にはお気をつけを。
ちなみに、リモコンポートタイプのRMIP-601の方は、接続部とリモコン部の2カ所にイヤホン接続端子が付いています。

イヤホン端子はありません。
ただ、、今流行の1万以上の高級イヤホンやヘッドホンは1m以上の長さがあるをので、
ヘッドホン端子付だとリモコンコード＋イヤホンコードは酷いことになります。
コードは二本になりますが、値段も安いしオススメです。
