ジャズとミュージカルと品の良いユーモアが好きな､ ｢シャボン玉ホリデー｣が生活の一部だった者にとってこれは事件｡ ｢シャボン玉｣のクレージーの娯楽と美しいスターダストのエンディングの組み合わせとを思い出させる｡ タワーレコードで若き日のハナ肇さんの写真を見ながら試聴していると涙が出そうになり､ あわてて出るはめに｡ 谷さん､ 長生きしてね｡ 私のSONG OF THE YEARに決定!

デジタル技術でハナ肇、安田伸、石橋エータローさんなど過去の録音からサンプリングされた音源を使い、昔から有ったかのようなYUMING作詞作曲の素晴らしい曲、そしてYUMINGの旦那様の素晴らしいアレンジは、昭和３０年代のテレビを見ていた人間は忘れかけていた昔の大切な物を再発見できました。限定版DVDの録音風景に出てくる天国の３人がモノクロで出る場面では恥ずかしながら大泣きでした。デジタルってあまり好きでは有りませんがこの使い方には脱帽です、ナットキンコールとナタリーコールのデジタル競演も素晴らしかったですが、この作品はその上を行く技術と素晴らしい構成と思います。間違いなく、誰がなんと言おうとも5星です！

何度聴いてもイイです。表向きは恋愛の曲ですが、エンターテナー達が駆け抜けた時代や仲間達へ向けている様に思います。あんな格好良い『お呼びでない』始めて聞きました(笑)
カラオケで各メンバーのプレイを聴くだけでも心地良いです。なんだかニコニコ微笑んでドラムを叩くハナさんの姿が目に浮かぶんですよ。ただ、何度聴いてもどの辺がエータローさんのピアノか判らないのですが…。
プロモも良いのですが、どうせなら作中チラッと写る写真の中の7匹の猫全員がこの曲を演奏している様な物が良かったですね。全員集結しているのが本当に曲中だけなので…
