昨年末に出ると言われていたフーバスの３ｒｄ。ベースのマークーが脱退して初めての作品です。公式HPでリードシングルのIf I　Were　Youを視聴してみました。激しさは無いのですが、代表曲、The　Reasonのような素敵な曲だなと感じました。またこの曲はボーカルのダグラス・ロブによるとVelvet Revolverとのツアー時に起きたScott Weilandとのトラブルにインスピレーションを受けて書かれた曲なのだそうです。ともかくこのアルバムは、前２作同様、ヘビーローテーションになること間違い無いです！ダグラス・ロブは半分日本人の血が流れているので、またこのアルバムを引っさげて日本に帰って来てくれる事、期待して止みません！

メロディも曲そのものもよく練られてるなぁ。
ただ前作に比べるとやや落ち着いて攻撃的な部分は影を潜めて、その分音楽的なフィールドは奥行きの広いものになってますね。
ブリティッシュロック的なアプローチも悪くなくよくまとまってますね。
これはこれで完成度の高いロックですよ

前作の印象からすると、音は新しくなく、フーバ節みたいなところが随所に際立つ。リーズンを思わせる曲あり・思ったより全体に落ち着いてしまった印象になってるが悪くないと思います。
