特に最近のメレンゲの楽曲は聴いてると優しく包まれるような浮遊感がある。
この一枚もそれに違わず、クボケンの詞の世界も加わってメレンゲワールド全開。
まだあまり認知されていないのが惜しいが、少しでも興味を持った方には絶対に聞いてもらいたい。

「初恋サンセット」が個人的には最高の作品だったので控えめに☆×４。

どういうことだろう。曲から、匂いが、色が、その空気が、感じられる。雨の匂いとか、洗濯物に染みた陽の匂い。
ジャンルはロックなんだろうけど、それだけの要素じゃない音。声も切ない。歌詞も、とげとげしくはないけど、ただ甘いだけでもない。
「カメレオン」がオススメ。個人的には「ゴミの日」がツボ。捨て曲なし。

が1番すきです。メレンゲさんらしくない（珍しい?;;）ポジティブというか、なんというか、積極的な感じの歌詞がとっても可愛らしくて、素敵です。もちろんメレンゲさんらしいメロディーラインもすきですが、とにもかくにも歌詞がとっても良いです!!"すき"がじんわりと伝わってきて優しい気持ちになるような♪歌詞の意味が分かりそうで分からない感じがじれったくてそこもまたイイ笑〃あと、フクロウの恋とカメレオンもすきです!!アルバム全体を通して、クボさんの言葉のチョイスいちいちがくっ!ときます。
スピッツとか、planeがお好きな方はクボケンジさんワールドにはまってしまうことまちがいないです★聴いてみて下さいっ。
