大胆な発想と奇抜なデザインの衣装や舞台装置は好き嫌いがはっきり分かれると思います。
白鳥自体はテクニックもしっかりしているし、アニエスが大きな白鳥で出ていたりして
良いのですが、１幕や３幕は私は衣装ばかりに目が行ってしまいました。
道化の技術はなかなかなので、楽しめることは楽しめるのですが・・・

とにかく奇抜なんです。
純粋な白鳥を買いたい人にはお勧めしません。

パリ・オペラ座は近年ヌレエフ版の上演が多いが。このブルメイステル版も最高。特にピエトラガラのオデット/オディールが秀逸。彼女の所謂古典バレエを見る機会が少ないので、イメージは難しいかもしれないがないが、特に黒鳥のグランパは、技術・表現共に他のバレリーナとは一味違う個性が感じられる。またバスティーユオペラ座の舞台構造を生かした、奥行きある演出、毛利氏の新作衣装も全てが舞台を盛り上げている。ル・リッシュやルテスチュが脇を固めているのも興味深い。

何年も前に「ビデオ」では発売されているので、おなじみの方も多いと思います。
ブルメイステル版「白鳥の湖」です。
オデットは、ピエトラガラ。王子はパトリック・デュポンです。
白鳥たちの中には、ルテステュなど、現在の主要キャストの顔ぶれもあります。
装置がシンプルで美しく、衣装は、毛利さん（日本人）の独特のデザインと色彩感で、
観客を魅了しています。ロットバルトなどのキャラクターが「隈取り」だったり、
「JAPAN」を思わせる、コスチュームの形も見どころです。
