自己流で作った賛美歌のような音楽。冷たくすみきった美の世界。ふわふわと天上をただようような歌声が魅力的。黒百合姉妹という名前はものすごい感じですが、音そのものにダークさはあまりなく、非常に美しい世界。謎めいた感じはありますが。
「深」は陰鬱なメロディー、はかない詩世界、美しいピアノ、意外と力強いベース、あらゆる面で大好きな曲です。磨り減った古レコードから聞こえてくるような「Le Chant De L’etoile」も雰囲気があって良いです。「花」はちょっと歌詞の語呂が悪いですが、進化の過程で淘汰されながらも地下でじっと復讐の時を待っていた怪植物の種が人間のまき散らす汚物によって成長し、高層ビルや高速道路をなぎ倒して地上を埋め尽くすといった雰囲気の詩世界をオルガンとベースに乗せて壮大に歌い上げるという面白い曲。「Under The Moon」は優しいメロディーから中盤で一瞬だけピアノが悲劇的な旋律になり、再びそこから鮮やかに明るい曲調に戻り、スピードアップし登りつめていくピアノ…という一連の展開、その曲調の移り変わりが非常に鮮やかで、とにかくステキです。
