　豆乳メーカーを購入しようと思いましたが、スープも作れるというのでこれを購入しました。悪い点は、１.ヘッド部分へのフィルターカップの取り外しがしにくい。2.フィルターカップの下部に、取り外す際の取っ手がついているために、まっすぐたたない。これはとかく不便な気がします。熱くてできあがり直後にはヘッド部分と外せないので、かなり大きいものをそのままおいておかなくてはいけません。3.説明書が不十分。4.乾燥大豆は使えない。5.洗う部分と、濡らしてはいけない通電部分とが近いので、洗いづらい。良い点は、1.豆乳とおからは15分ほどでできます。2.こす必要のあるスープが簡単にできます。
　大豆は浸しておく必要がありますが、これはさほどの手までもないでしょう。分量通りだと、豆乳は薄いです。いろいろ作れるので、基本的にはたのしめるキッチン用品です。

・カッターの音がうるさい。
・出来上がりまでの時間が表示されない。
・牛乳を入れて作ると、若干底に焦げ付きができる。（説明書に記載有）
・ポットの容量に対して、野菜を入れるカップが小さいので、
　濃厚（ドロドロした）なポタージュはできない。
・マグネットプラグが外れやすい。（カッターの音が大きいので猫が寄って
　きて、触ってプラグを外す）

これらを考慮しても、美味しいスープができるという面で星４つにしました。
野菜の下ごしらえ（電子レンジで加熱等）は必要なく、生の野菜を切って
入れれば簡単にポタージュスープができます。
あと、調理後にすぐには熱くて調理カップを外せないのですが、
計量カップの大がホルダーを兼ねた形に作られているので、
私は計量カップにお湯を入れてそこに調理カップを立てかけています。
他の商品と比べてデザインもよいので気に入っています。

坂井シェフの監修ありというところに惹かれて購入しました。
一台あれば、スープ、豆乳、ミルといろいろ使えるのでついつい手作りしてしまいます。
豆乳はあっという間！おからも坂井シェフレシピのクッキーにしました。
ひとつ文句をつけるとすればカッターが回っている間の音。自動で加熱しながら時々回すので、びっくりしてしまうこと数回。というわけで星4つです〜。
