ＴＶのエウレカは感動の最終回を迎えました。そんな中最終回で一番いい時に流れた電気グルーヴの虹が収録されています。あの感動の余韻をぜひ味わってください。京田監督の曲に対する思い入れも書いてありエウレカファンなら是非とも手にして欲しいです。

音楽は感動とともにあるべき物。というのが私の持論でもあるのですが、このサントラは十分にその期待に応えてくれるものでした。
物語の本編は、ロボットアニメとしては（そして日曜朝という時間帯にしては）非常に重く厚い、人間くさいドラマでしたが、
そのドラマに負けない十分な魅力を、このサントラは秘めています。
ハイライトは１枚目の１６曲目「最期の希望」
重厚でドラマチックなこの曲は、人生のさまざまな重圧や不安・不幸に直面しながらも力強い意思でそれを切り開いて希望に向かっていく人間の
奥深さ力強さを感じることが出来ると思います。
次の１７曲目のの「疾走する魂」も非常に良い曲です。
柔らかなストリングスのメロディーラインがそれでいて力強い。
この2曲以外にも、透明な感じの「ダイアン」、平和を願うことの大切さを教えてくれるような「星に願いを」印象的な「虹」など名曲が満載です。
エウレカを見ていた人にも見なかった人にもぜひお勧めです。

脚本とか設定とか、使用楽曲とか、すべてひっくるめた上で、どう考えても相当マニアックなTechno音楽ファンが関係者にいるのだろう。
OP,EDは聴きやすく、BGMはハウス系のアンビエント曲で盛り上げ、クラシックで感情表現をすることが多い。
選曲に狂いは無かっただろう。
曲が作品の邪魔をすることは無かったし、逆に曲を作品の補佐ではなく主体に持ってゆこうという気概すら感じられる部分もあった。
ファン必聴の一本。
