まず、前作と比べると良作になったと思います。画面が大きくきれいになりました。
ステージ数が増えたし、合戦前にある会話もつくってくれてよかったです。
エリア制もいいとこ悪いとこあるけど、PS2と違う楽しさもあっていいです。

ただ声がないの少々不満です。たとえば諸葛亮は無双奥義のとき「うけてください」（多分）
って言うけど、それは戦闘時のちょっとした声だから‥。
もちろんPSPだからってことなのでしょうが、淋しいです。

けど、寝ながらでもどこでもできる。それが携帯ゲーム機なんで、
いつでもどこでもやれるから★４です！無双が大好きな人にはオススメ！

激戦国と比べるとグラフィックがかなりよくなってますね。そりゃPS2と比べちゃうとアレですが、上出来でしょう。
毎回思うのですがコーエーってロード早いですね。激戦国もわりとテンポよかったですが今回はよりいいです。
エリア制ってのは変わりませんが、ターン制ではなくリアルタイムで戦局がかわります。エリア攻略中でも本陣がピンチになって離脱してかけつけないと間に合わなかったり、ほかの部隊が乱入してきたりします。
特徴として、エリア内アイテムが出ません。豚まんも出ないわけで、回復ができません。そのかわり兵糧という概念があり、兵糧庫で兵糧を消費して回復することができます。というわけで、呂布とか倒すのが非常に困難です。腕に自信のない人は(自分)やばくなったら即、兵糧庫に逃げ、チマチマやっていくしかありません。これは画期的な変更点なんでしょうが、逆に爽快感を失ってしまっているというか、ヌルゲーマーですいません･･･。
あと馬育成ができますが、馬成長させると強すぎです。轢き殺すだけで終わったりするので、ちょっとそこのバランスがね･･･。強い馬禁止ということで。

いろんな意味でパワーアップしていますね。グラフィックも向上してますし、無双シリーズが昔から好きな人はもちろん、始めてやる人でも十分楽しめるつくりだと思います、馬も作れるし、長く遊べますよ。
