１９８２年８月２７日のフランスでのライブと１９８４年４月２８日の日本でのライブを１枚に収めたお買い得なＤＶＤだと思います。８４年のライブは私が持っているＬＤのものと違いがあります。
・DISCIPLINEが入っていない（ELEPHANT TALKの前に入っていた）
・THREE OF A PERFECT PAIRの演奏シーンが加工されて１曲目に入っている。（LDではDIG MEの　後に演奏シーンが入っていた）
・４人の楽屋裏でのシーンはTHELA HUN GINJEETの後に入っていた
といった感じです。どうせならやはりＬＤと同じにしてほしかったと思います。
とはいえ見所は満載で、FRIPP卿のメトロノームに会わせてFRACTUREを弾く姿などは感動的です。ADRIANの象さんもこのときは元気に鳴いています。
ELEPHANT TALKでは音と映像が合っていない箇所がありましたが、そんな所を修正して出してほしかった。

賛否両論な80sクリムゾンのライブ。ある意味貴重なソースです。個人的には「賛」の方なので非常にうれしい。20年前に友人宅でライブインジャパンのビデオを見て以来、いつかほしかった、でもそのうち廃盤になってしまった映像がDVDで手に入るだけでも星5つです。しかもフランス？だったかの別ライブの映像もある。これで星7つです。
が、なぜかビデオに収録されていたdiciplineが未収録！昨今のクリムゾンのヘビーなカラーにそぐわないからかもしれませんが、80sの象徴としてこれは入れて欲しかった。ということで星3つ（！）減点です。おしい。
