ソロ音楽活動をスタートさせた当初、彼の作り出す音や歌い方は
彼の敬愛するミュージシャンの影響するところを色濃く感じさせた。
しかしセカンドアルバム【Si;】を経てその世界観は独自のものを醸しだす様になり
全てのソロワークスを“ENDLICHERI☆ENDLICHERIに”名に統一させて出したシングル『ソメイヨシノ』で
よりそれを確立させたように感じられる。
このアルバムには収録されないようだが、シングル『ソメイヨシノ』に収録されたC/W２曲が
『ソメイヨシノ』と全く異なるカラーの曲でありながらしっくり１枚に収まっているのを聴き
アルバムへの期待はそれまでとは比べものにならないほど高まった。
特にシングル通常盤に収録されている『Blue Berry』
これほどはじけたファンクチューンも書けるのかという驚きと
舌を巻く歌唱力を見せつけられる曲でアルバムに収録されないのが非常に残念である。
だがこの曲同様の驚きをアルバムでは感じさせてくれるのではないかという期待を
充分に持たせてくれた。
彼の音楽の世界観はかなり独特のものであるが故にけっして広く一般受けするものではなく
好き嫌いのハッキリわかれるものであるように思われるが嵌るとこれがクセになるのである。

堂本剛がぱっと聴きハテナなプロデューサーネームを使い、
一体何がしたいのか…
それはこのアルバムを聴けば分かる。
兎に角彼は音楽が大好きなのだ。
そしてあふれる自分の意欲を音にして詰め込んだこの一枚。
しかし堂本剛のアルバムのように、焦りは感じられない。
自分自身の音楽が確立されてきたように思う。
これからがかなり楽しみなアーティストである。

前回のアルバム[si:]は危うい感じのたゆたい感がどの曲にも漂っていたように思うのですが、
ENDLICHERIの公式で試聴した「Coward」は全く対極な曲調なのに驚かされました。
地に足の着いた音というか、現実感のある力強い曲が主流のような気がします。
まだ歌詞の乗ったものは少ししか聞けてませんが、
ENDLICHERIさんの詩がどうこの曲の中で踊るのか、大変楽しみです。
