映画館で観て、ルパン役のロマン・デュリスのセクシーさにハマりました。もちろん話しが良かった!テンポが良く、次々に話しが進んで行くので、2時間の映画ですが、飽きさせないです。ルパンの話しをよく知らない&フランス映画に少し抵抗感、苦手意識があった私でも楽しめました。なので、フランス系の映画が苦手な方でも違和感なく楽しめると思いますので一度観てください。ハリウッド的な派手さはありませんが、観る価値あります。

　初日に鑑賞した。原作を全て収集した僕。かなりのルパン通を自負。この作品は、基本的に、「カリオストロ伯爵夫人」をモデルにし、「奇巌城」等、幾つかの諸作品での名場面が登場。ルパンの原作通でなければ、かなり楽しめるはず。でも、原作者のルブランが鑑賞したら、次の点でがっかりしたと思う。
　
　まず、原作「カリオストロ伯爵夫人」での悪役レオナールと、ルパンの父テオフロストが、同一人物という設定が嫌だ。ルパンの父は、殺人者ではなかったから。次に、ルパンの息子ジャンは、これも殺人者ではない。「何より、彼は恋ができる男だ。」と原作にあるが、殺人者として登場するのが、非常にがっくり。最後に、ルパンとカリオストロの「愛し合う姿」。これも、ルパン通の間では、議論になるだろう。ちょっとルブランの考え方と違うんだよな、と。
　でも、ルブラン作品が、現代になっても愛されているという点で、この作品、最高！！

とにかく最初から最後まで美しい！
衣装から宝石、盗みのテクもすばらしく、見ていてウットリさせられる作品。

ルパン役のロマン・デュリスがあまりにも濃く、全く好みのタイプではないけれど、カッコよく見えちゃう！のがこの映画のマジックでしょう。
ラストはフランス映画独特のすっきりしない感じがありましたが、全体を通して十分に楽しめる「大人の映画」だと思います。
