Startin'の歌詞 ”ほかの誰かと君を比べてみたって基準は違うしなんの意味もない”
自分に勇気を与えてくれたこの歌詞。
自分は自分でいていいんだ、人なんて気にする必要はないんだ、そう思わせてくれた。だからこの曲は、自分の応援歌にもなってる。
ちなみに思ったんだが、これは浜崎自身を勇気づける歌詞にもなってる気がした。
最近、倖田來未とばかり比べられて、あーだこーだ言われてる浜崎だが、あの歌詞は、浜崎自身をも勇気づけてる気がする。あゆはあゆ。倖田來未は倖田來未、だから、あゆはあゆらしく行きます!
そんな風に言ってる感じにも聞こえる。
このシングルは、今、自分に自信がなかったら、ぜひとも聞いてもらいたい。きっと勇気が出るから。

Startin’は「新鬼武者 DAWN OF DREAMS」のテーマソング、Born To Be...は『トリノ五輪』の日本テレビ系テーマソングです！勢いのあるかっこいい曲ですよ！かなりお勧めです!

発売前にはレヴューしないようにしてるんですが、
曲をよく耳にするので書いちゃいます。

浜崎のシングルで聴いた途端「いいかも！」と思ったのは
結構久々だったりします。
最近の曲は何回か聴かないといまいち印象に残らないことが
個人的に多かったんですが、
「startin'」は最初聴いた時点で気に入りました。
疾走感があって強さがあって、
頭の中でしょっちゅうリピートしています（笑）
「Born To Be…」も勢いがあって前向きな曲ですね。
浜崎のシングルで前向きな曲ばかりって
今まで無かった気がするので、
元気になれそうで楽しみです。
