blurより家族との時間を選んだ愛すべきシャイな天才の6thにして、最高傑作。
今までの作品はアッパーな曲とメロウの曲のギャップがありすぎて、選り好みしてしまうことが多かったのですが。
今作は、アルバムとして異常に出来がいい！
心躍るギター・リフといい、シンプルながら耳に残るキャッチ−なメロディといい、ぶっきらぼうなのに温かみのあるグレアムの声といい、文句なし！
一貫して“愛”をテーマにおいた歌詞も、おもしろいです。
ブリット・ポップ／ＵＫオルタナティブ全盛時を思い出させる、傑作アルバムです！

PCに保存する際、保護付きWMAでしかコピーできないため、
iTunes、iPodで聴けません！
iPod ユーザーは高くても輸入盤を買いましょう。

今作を初めて聞いた時は、前作「happiness in magazine」のPOP/Punkな感じから調子に乗りすぎてメロコアまで行ってしまったか・・・と、残念に思ったんですが、何度か聞いているうちに’やっぱりGraham！’って気付きました。

独特な手抜きっぽいメロディ（これが大好きなんですが）も健在です。

ただギターはパンク系のプレイが多くなってますね。だからこそなんですが、Grahamのアルバムの中で一番明るくなれるアルバムだと思います。
