憂歌団のデビュー曲「おそうじオバチャン」から木村充揮ソロ時代の代表曲「天王寺」まで有名曲ばかり全12曲が斬新なアレンジで復活！ 特に憂歌団時代の曲は30年間歌い続けてきた木村充揮を象徴するかのように全ての曲がパワーアップされています。スペシャルトラックの三宅伸治と共に新たに書き下ろした「Happy Birthday」は30周年を記念してなのか、今まで応援して頂いたファンへの感謝の気持ちなのかは分かりませんが、どちらともとれる素晴らしいバラードに仕上がっています。ゲストミュージシャンとして、三宅伸治(G)、大西ゆかり(Cho)、飛田一男(G、元めんたんぴん)が参加しています。
