ウォーキーネイチャーシリーズの中で、唯一陸ガメであるホシガメくんです。
ちなみにインドやパキスタン、スリランカの森林に住んでるそうです。
子供にこのウォーキーと亀の本を買ってあげると、亀に興味を持つかもしれませんね。

そのうち、ゾウガメ、ケヅメリクガメなどの陸ガメたちもウォーキーの仲間入りをするかもしれませんね。そしたら、きっと買っちゃいそうです。

ウォーキーが入っているカンのふたの絵もとてもかわいいです。
