最初にプレイしたときは
大魔界村の画面の暗さ、フォゴットンワールドの7面の曲が違う
ファイナルファイトの操作遅延やノイズ、スト２の声のキーが高いなど
バグが結構気になったのですが、現在カプコンで修正版を配布していて
この修正版ではそれらの不具合が解消されています。
カスターマーセンターに連絡すれば無料で交換してもらえますので
気になる方は連絡してみてください。

ファイナルファイトの移植度についてですが、一番懸念されていたオープニングデモのジェシカはちゃんと下着姿ですし、ステージ切り替わり時の音楽のズレや効果音の音割れが目立つ以外は、現行ハード中一番の移植度でしょう。

しかし、その他の新規追加タイトルが好みと若干ズレていたのが残念に感じました。
CPシステム1の頃はタイアップタイトルが多かったので（エリア88、天地を喰らう、ウイロー等）版権の都合上収録出来ないタイトルが多いのは解りますが、キャプテンコマンドー・1941・チキチキボーイズ・マジックソードが収録されないのは納得行きません。

また、収録タイトルの21作品中16作品が以前プレイステーション・セガサターンで発売されたカプコンジェネレーションの再録で、その移植度そのものがゲーム中に度々入るローディング画面と違和感を感じる効果音・音声と納得出来ない部分が何の改善もされないままベタ移植した安易さには落胆しました。PS2で発売するからにはきちんと作り直して欲しかった、というのが正直な感想です。

新規追加タイトルの中で、どれか一本でも大好きなゲームがあればお買い得ですが、それ以上を期待するのならば余りお買い得では無いと思います。
