これまでよりもポップなサウンド作りを心掛けたという”A brand new beginning"。非常に心地のいい雰囲気のサウンドだと思う。バリー・マニロウを少し彷彿とさせるような伸びやかな声、フレージングも素晴らしい。
フリューゲルホルンのアドリブは、be bop、hard bop 系列のジャズジャズしたものではなく、”印象派”と呼びたくなるような、独自の世界。短いながらも、空間や風景を感じさせる演奏だ。
ボーカルもホーンも、適度にドライでソフトなのが心地よい。After hour のジャズバーの雰囲気、ちょっとハードボイルドな感傷的な雰囲気、リゾート的な雰囲気。
最近の男性ジャズ・ボーカリストの中では、一番のお勧めだ。

　前作「３０」に引き続き、ヴォーカルのアルバムである。

　２年ぶりに届いた彼の声は、とても伸びやかになっていた。

　私は、彼の魅力は、低い声にあると思っていたのだが（ファーストアルバムの　in summerのような）、高音も非常に魅力的なのだということに、今回初めて気付いた。

　Wings Of Love
　繊細なメロディと、ソフトな声がマッチした、まさに、心の奥に響く一曲。

　ため息Angel Blue
　ライブに一人で行ったことのある女性だったら、きっと誰もが、「これはもしかして、私のこと？」と、思いたくなってしまうような、リアルな光景が浮かんでくることだろう。
　かくいう私も、そのうちの一人だ。

　Someday
　伸びやかな声、を一番感じた一曲。特に、I Love You〜の部分。
　
　I Can't Tell you Why
　イーグルスのナンバーとして、よく聴いていた。彼が歌うとやはり、
甘さの中に切なさを、より感じさせる。

　ここしばらく、ライブに行っていなかったけれど、また行きたくなった。
　この伸びやかな声を、ぜひ皆様にも、生で聴いていただきたい。

洋楽専門ですけどラジオで耳にして局に問い合わせ即購入しました。
とてもいいアルバムを発掘したって感じです。もともとアニメ：エンジェルハートは
録画して観ていたので（その時はてっきり鈴木正之とばかり思い込み）
耳馴染みのいいBGMだとは思っていたのです。購入して毎日寝る前のナイトキャップとして聴いていますが　本当に気持ち良くて穏やかに1日を終えられます。
オールリピートして何時間も回しっ放しの時も全く邪魔にならないアルバムです。
友人に勧めたらとても気に入っていました。絶対オススメです！☆
