関西フォーク系のオムニバスアルバムがここ数年、多数復刻されてきたことは、とても価値あることですが、すべて岡林信康ぬきなのは非常に残念。このセットも同様ですね。70年前後の時代から岡林を抜いてしまうと半分しか（いいすぎか）残らない気がします。それくらい岡林の存在は大きかったはずです。いつになれば、岡林は聞けるんでしょうね。

　日本のフォークムーブメントの象徴がこの全日本フォークジャンボリーダと言えるだろう。1969年から1971年まで3回にわたったこの催しは、主催者の思い以上に大きくなり、良くも悪くも、日本の「うた」の状況を端的に示す結果になった。うたを楽しむというよりは、うたに何かを感じ、何かを求めていた若者がそこにいた。
　このアルバムは、URCが発売していたジャンボリーのライブアルバム収録曲に、所蔵音源を加えたものだ。このボックスにキングとビクターから発売されているものでジャンボリーの姿が見える。ただし、第2回(70年)に中心となった岡林信康は依然として聴くことができない。記録映画『だからここに来た』を見る機会があったら、見逃さないでいただきたい。いかに、岡林信康が大きかったかが確認できるからだ。
