デンマークのミュージシャン、ベント・ファブリック[原文はBent Fabricius-Bjerre、こちらは読みの裏取れず]は夜遊びするのは21歳だけではないと証明している。現在80代となったベントは、時を越えたクールでクラブ受けする音をこの傑出したダンスCDで披露。ジャズからR&Bまで影響を受けた音だ。楽曲はマルチプレイヤーに期待できる多様性と複雑性に満ちている。ミスター・ファブリックはレコード・レーベル創設者であり、作曲家であり(「Alley Cat」でグラミー賞受賞など)、テレビの司会者であり、その他多くの仕事をこなしている。若々しい感覚を維持しているのは、少なくとも一部は様々なゲストやプロデューサーのお陰でもある。歌手のネリー・エティソンが異彩を放つ「Just Be There for Me」は、アクアのソレン・ラステッドと共作した不変の愛に捧げる華やかな詩。さらに、アラン・ヴェゲンフェルト[Vegenfeldtの読み裏取れず]、そしてマルティン・ブリュグマン[Martin Brygmanの読み裏取れず]といったボーカリストたちはアメリカでは有名とは言えないが、アメリカはデンマークに耳のよさで――ダンスのセンスは言うまでもなく――すぐさま屈服すべきだとわかる。

某レコードショップで5曲目を聴いて、「これは面白い」と思って即買い。
買ってから知りましたが、存在感抜群のピアノを弾いてるBent Fabricは81歳…。
瑞々しい感性にただただ驚くばかりです。
どの楽曲も非常にキュートでウィットに富んでいます。
楽しそうにピアノを弾いているBent Fabricの姿が浮かんできます。
女性ボーカル起用のメロディアスで爽やかな6曲目、底抜けに明るい5曲目などがオススメ。
聞いてる間、「何かに似てる」とずっと思ってたんですが、ファットボーイスリムとプロディジーですね（笑）

CD屋さんの試聴機で耳にして即、購入！
81歳のおじいちゃんがかなでるピアノの旋律はとても力強く、「ホントにおじいちゃんなの？」というくらい鍵盤を叩く指の速さが聴いてても伺える。

特に「It Feels Like Love 」が好き。♪ランラ〜ランラ〜ランラ〜ランラ〜♪と口ずさんじゃう。

元気が出る曲が目白押しです！！

2007年1月からのブラピ出演のソフトバンクの携帯のCMソングで使われていてびっくりしました！やはりかっこいい曲はCMに起用されるのだ！

タワレコで視聴盤を聞いて即購入しました。
カッコ良い音楽には年齢なんて関係ないとは思っていても
８１歳のおじいさんがこんなすごいサウンドを作ってるなんて！
ヴォーカルが若いアーティストばかりなので知らなかったら
本当に全然分からなかったと思います。
音楽は文句なく超オススメです！
FATBOY SLIM好きの人はもちろん、楽しいサウンドが好きな人もきっと楽しめます。
Bent Fabric氏の事は知りませんでしたがライナーノーツでちょっと分かるかも。
インタビューが最高なので是非ご一読を！(笑)
