セントラルスポーツ監修で、初心者にも丁寧にかつゆっくりとしたペースで進んでいきます。ＢＧＭもなく静寂の中でイントラがポーズガイドをしていくので、集中してヨガを行うことができます。難易度としては、基本的なポーズが多く、パワーアップと銘打つほどハードではありません。ただ、オリジナリティのあるポーズも２，３あって他のヨガＤＶＤとはまた異なった雰囲気があります。
