ナムコ往年のゲームが収録されたナムコミュージアム、そのＰＳＰ版の第２弾です。
前作が８０年前後のゲームを移植したのに対して、今回は８０年代中期のゲームが中心。
ゲームのラインナップも前作より若干マニアックなチョイスですが、「ドルアーガの塔」「ドラゴンスピリット」等ボリュームのある作品が多く、しっかりと楽しめるゲームがてんこ盛りです。
プレイの長いゲームが目立ちますが、ゲームオーバーになってもちゃんとコンテニューは出来ますのでご安心を(ちなみにドルアーガはラストプレイ時のアイテムを持ったままコンテニュー)。
またＰＳ版では移植されなかったディグダグ２も収録されており、前作より一般向けではないかもしれませんが、オールドゲーマーにはたまらない一本に仕上がっています。
ゲームの移植度の方は申し分無く、アーケード版を忠実に再現しているのは嬉しい所。
他にもマニアックオプションと呼ばれる特殊設定があり、ゼビウスに至っては画面焼けまで再現する事が出来ます。

一方で前作では４つあったアレンジ版が今回は２つ…その内の一つは前作のパックマンアレンジメントの別バージョン。
アレンジ版は２つともオリジナルより難易度が低く、こちらは気軽にプレイする事ができます。
難しい＆長いゲームが多い今作では良い緩和剤となっています。

前作とはまた別視点のオールドゲーマーに紹介したいこのゲーム、☆×４つです。

どのタイトルもようやくまともな{完全移植}をされています。
中途半端な完全移植に終わったPS版ミュージアムは
ゴミ箱へ。これからはPSP版こそスタンダードになっていくことでしょう。

PS版とダブりまくりなラインアップですが、
なんせ正真正銘の完全な移植ですから文句の言い様がありません。
PS版に失望した人たちに是非遊んでもらいたい。

海外版では，１つのソフトに２１タイトル収録していたものを，日本では２つのソフトに分けて出しています。このソフトを買う予定なら、海外版を通販で購入することをおすすめします。
