私自身買ってまで欲しい作品ではなかったのですが
家族経由でたまたま手にしたので聴いてみました。
想像していたよりは良かったです。

シングル曲が全て収録されているそうですが、アルバムの構成や
曲順がよくさらりと違和感なく聴ける感じ。
部屋でじーっくり聴いて歌の世界に浸るいうより
生活の中のBGM的に流すのならけっこういいかもしれません。
もともと私がR&Bを好んで聴くタイプなので聴きやすかったのかも。

特別歌が上手いとは思いませんが、彼女はなにか気になるというか
引っかかる声を持っているのでそこに将来性を感じますし
アーティストとしてよい素材なのではないかと思います。
今後よいスタッフ、作品、よい機会e.t.c.などに
恵まれていけばいいのですが…。それらも才能のうちかもしれません。

今現在の彼女よりも今後に期待したいのですが（若いですからね）
女性R&Bシンガーというカテゴリーはなかなか競争が激しく
既に大物もいるのでなかなか大変だろうな、とは思います。

昨年、m-floの武道館ライブで始めて生歌を聴きました。
MC中はいかにも10代の今時の女の子という感じでしたが、歌い始めるとちょっとハスキーな声で一気に引き込まれました。
この日は他にも多くのアーティストが出演していましたが、彼女の歌の上手さは特に光っていてとても印象に残りました。
で、すぐにこのアルバムを買ってみたんですが、これまた傑作と言っていいでしょう。
いわゆる捨て曲が無く、歌詞も奥が深くて共感できるいい歌ばかりです。
今後の成長に期待しつつ、これからも注目したいアーティストです。

アルバムに入ってる「ＳＴＡＲ」は、亡きお父さんを想って歌ってます。


「お父さんの為にこの歌を書いた」

・・・・ミリヤが前向きに生きてる。って伝えている
歌詞が、ミリヤらしいというか、
ミリヤの想いが詰まってる！そう思います。
是非きいてほしいです。
