このアルバムの再発は非常にうれしい。ソニーミュージックはエライ。
昔はカセットテープで聴いていたのだが、すでに20年以上たちテープも紛失してしまい長らく聴く機会がなかった。

ずいぶん久しぶりにじっくり聴いてみたが、発表から20年以上たっても非常に新鮮な楽曲ばかり。当時のLPの雰囲気そのままの紙ジャケ仕様もとても良い。好き嫌いは激しく分かれるかも知れないが一度聴いておいて損はない。この機会を逃すと永遠に手に入れられないかも知れないしね。

古き良き時代を彷彿とさせる独特の音楽世界を構築していた唯一無二のユニット、ゲルニカ。
戸川純ちゃんファンなら間違いなく買いでしょう。
ＬＰで発売されていた頃には入っていなかったシングル盤の「銀輪は唄う」「マロニエ讀本」も収録されていてうれしい限りです。
なお、余談ですが上野耕路さんについては最近ではキューピーの「たーらこーたーらこー♪」のＣＭ曲の作曲者としても有名です。

上野耕路のエレキオーケストラをバックに戸川純姫がストイックにエセオペラを演じる．太田螢一の美術に細野さんも加わった確信犯的な超絶の名盤．唯一無比とはこのことである．ロックではなく純粋な音楽作品．全曲完璧．ブレヘメンで驚きカフェ・ド・サキコで安らぎその後はやつらの思うままに音に飲み込まれてしまう．スケエテヰング・リンクと曙というエンディングは完璧．このフォーマットでCDも完結してほしかったが，だがしかし，超絶の名曲シングルが追加されたのだから，これは喜ぶべきであろう．ついに本物のオケを手に入れたゲルニカが作った初めての音盤シングルB面のマロニエ読本は神々しいまでの名曲となった．ゲルニカはいかがわしいエレキオケでなくっちゃ，と思っていたのだがこのマロニエに遭遇してしまったら本当に涙が止まらなかった．戸川純様．．．ありがとう．奇跡の名盤を皆様是非手に入れておいてください．今後二度とこのような音盤は出現しませんので．
