別レビューで品番の違う商品を勧めていますが、
こちらも砥石のサイズは同じと思われますので、コメントを････

SUEHIRO キッチン両面砥石 #3000/#1000 SKG-24

砥石の厚みの違いがあります。
こちらは15mmとちょっと薄めのサイズ。
しかし、台座があるので砥ぐ時の高さは十分だと思われます。

薄い分、早めに寿命がくる訳ですが、
一般的な家庭であれば頻繁に使用しないと思われますので、
この商品でもＯＫかと。

商品名からすると、この砥石の材質はセラミック系かもしれません。
私の印象ですが、セラミック系は砥ぎ汁が出やすく感じます。
(逆に砥ぎ汁が出にくい砥石は、砥ぎにくいものです)
初めての方は余り材質を意識をしなくてもいいと思います。

コンビ砥石は各社から多く出てますが、
#1000と#3000のものが一般家庭には一番合うでしょう。

サイズは、小型のものより普通サイズがいいと思います。
(長さが200mm幅70mmくらいあるもの)
