細野、忌野、坂本の三人の頭文字を取ってHIS。
今でも、もちろん当時91年でもビッグな三人の組み合わせ。
しかもまぁ、考えられない組み合わせですね、音楽的に。

それだけでも凄いのに、所詮企画だろう？と思ったらそんなことない。
シングルカットされた
3. 夜空の誓い
は転調のあるコード進行が心地よい曲。
忌野、坂本の音域を活かしたコーラスワークが素敵。
2. パープル・ヘイズ音頭
はパープルのあの曲を知ってるなら思わずにんまり、こうなるのかと。
5. 渡り鳥
9. スキー・スキー(スキーなの)
10. 恋のチュンガ
なんかも好きだな。5.の最後は遊び心たっぷりの坂本の歌声があるし。
秀作揃いです。

再結成はまずないと思うし、このアルバム15年以上経っても色褪せないので、
是非聞いて欲しい。

このアルバムは91年に初めて聴いた時、ビックリしました。

2008年の今聴いても、ポップな日本的情緒の言葉遊びや洋楽の料理の仕方といい。この三人でしか出来ない奇跡的なアルバムです。もちろん実験的でありつつ捨て曲がひとつもない傑作です。値打ちに買えましたので、感激してます。
三人に興味のある方は是非聴いてみて、きっと気に入るでしょう!

　細野晴臣さん、忌野清志郎さん、そして坂本冬美譲の３人のユニットです
当時、学生服とセーラー服で活動されており、かっこよかったです。
僕としては５００マイルが好きです。以前持ってたのですが、紛失し今回新たに購入をしました。
情緒的で幻想的な感じと、妙な緊張感が感じられて良いと思います。
邦楽ファンの方なら皆さんご存知のことと思いますし、コメントする言葉がないです。
