またまたイギリスから登場の超若新人のデビューです。
一聴して浮かんだのは「素直なストロークス」。しかし、聞き込んでみると、ガレージ，ポップ，レゲエ，ファンクとさまざまなジャンルのごった煮であることに驚かされます。しかも、歳に似合わずちゃんと自分達のものとして消化している。突然、こんな良いバンドが出てくるので、まだまだイギリスから目が離せませんね！
曲だけなら星４つですが、いまどきなぜ？のCCCDでiPod派としてはマイナス１つです。（iTunesでは認識されませんので要注意！）

本当に本当に駄曲がない。
どの曲も丁寧につくられており、異常にクオリティが高い。
まだ若いのだが、センスの塊のようなバンドであり、
将来性という意味ではアークティック・モンキーズより
期待できるかもしれない。
このデヴュー盤のアコースティック版も発売されているが、
それを聴くと曲のよさが改めて実感できる。
サマソニのライブでは安定感があり、演奏力も向上していた。
こういうバンドが出てくるからＵＫからは目が離せない。

良いですねー
全体を通してポップなんだけど、所々にボサノバ？やら色んな音楽の影響も見えて、
音楽の幅の広さを感じさせられます。
声も渋くて私好みです。
アークティックモンキーズもですけど、セカンド以降がとても楽しみなバンドであります。
