元々は同じタイトルの音楽ＤＶＤの方を先行して観て（聴いて）
おりました。
多少構成は異なりますが音楽のみを楽しむ場面用に
このＣＤも後から購入しております。

ＭＴＶライヴ用の新曲４曲のみスタジオ収録版ですが
その他の曲はＤＶＤと同じライヴ版ですので雰囲気は
充分堪能出来ます。
個人的には特にアコースティックアレンジの曲が好みですが
それもＤＶＤの映像があっての効果かも知れません。

このＣＤから聴かれた方には是非ＤＶＤの方も鑑賞されることを
お勧めします。（ＤＶＤには★５つです！）

イーグルス初心者の方には、これはオススメしたくない。
なぜなら、あの甘美な青年時代とも言うべきオリジナルの濃密な感覚に十分酔ってから、この成熟した大人たちの貫禄の饗宴にまた酔いしれてほしいから。

私は、６曲目の『ホテル・カリフォルニア』のライヴ音源を、最初、有線で耳にしました。だから、何の曲かは知らずに「何てイカしたスパニッシュ・ギターだ」なんて思っていて、、「あの」フレーズが聴こえてきた時の驚きと込み上げるような感動と言ったら…。

その、私と同じ感動を生体験した人々の歓喜に震え止まない声が、入っています。熱いものが込み上げてきます。音楽って素晴らしい。
