これは室内で３ｍ×３ｍ位の場所があれば飛ばせるという画期的な商品ですが、日本の住宅では箪笥など家具類のない８〜１０畳の部屋というのはなかないのでは。かといって屋外では機体が３．５ｇしかないので風の影響をもろに受けるし、「屋内専用」の商品なので不安要素がたくさんあって、なかなか外では遊べません。まあ、１０〜２０回位飛ばしていると慣れてきて２ｍ強四方の部屋でもなんとか墜落せずに飛ばせるようにはなります。（その広さでは８の字飛行は無理。）機体は発泡スチロール製で、壁や家具などに衝突して墜落してもプロペラが曲がる程度ですみ、耐久性はそこそこあります。機体に内臓されているコンデンサーの寿命（約６００回の充放電）までは、大きな破損もなく飛ばせそうです。

今回この商品は２台目です。　１台目は上手く飛ばす事がなかなかできず。やっと調整のこつがつかめたかな　と思い始めたころに壊してしまいました。どうしても悔しくて２台目を購入しました。初めと違って慣れてきたのもあり、とても楽しいです。子供が気軽に飛ばせるものではないですが、大人であれば少しこつをつかむと上手く飛ばせられるようになると思います。八畳の部屋ではちのじ飛行が出来たときには感動でした。又、よく惰力で飛んでいるようだといわれているようですが、後ろの羽の調整の仕方によっては上昇も可能です。慣れるまでは大変ですが、慣れてしまえば病み付きになりますよ。

　小さなモーターで回るプロペラと、細い電線でつながれチョロチョロ軽やかに動く尾翼。なかなか面白いです。翼が軽く柔らかいため、耐久性の心配はあり、こどもにむんずとまれるのは危険です。が、その柔らかい翼を微妙に上に曲げ、下に曲げ、よりスムースに滑空するポイントを探すのがかなり面白いです。左右への旋回は自由にできるようになります。
　機体のバランスや飛行の滑らかさに技術の粋を感じます。
　欠点は、迫力に欠けることと上記調整に多少根気がいることでしょうか。
