デビュー曲〜最新シングル、ネット限定の配信曲まで、Ｂ面も含み全て網羅されていてかなり貴重なＢＯＸだと思います！アイドル・ポップスから年と共にブラック系、流行りのJ-POPへと移行していき一アーティストとして、お世辞にも歌唱力があるとは言えないけどその声には凄い魅力があって今思うと貴重なアーティストだったんだなと再認識しました。
アイドル・ポップスを卒業した以降の曲は今聞いても古さを感じずＢ面にも名曲が多い！ＢＯＸに収録されるのもよくわかります。
ヒット曲と隠れた名曲が多い分、シングルＢＯＸとしては申し分ない商品でしょう。
しかし！欲をいうと12インチ・レコードでリリースされたWAKU WAKUさせての別バージョンが入らなかったのが悔やまれます。
それとこのＢＯＸの大きな売りでもあった筈の本人最新コメントが制作上の都合でなくなってしまった事、未発表ライブＤＶＤの収録が３曲だけで、声と映像がよく見ると微妙にズレている事は非常に残念に思います。
でも、まあ中山美穂のシングルを堪能するのにこれ以上のものはない事だけは確かです♪

その時々の時代で輝き続けた我らがミポリン。
普通に考えて、それができたということが何よりもすごいことだと思います。そしてそれができるのは、やはり中山美穂に大きな魅力があったからだと思います。大人の女性になるにつれ、アーティスティックになっていきますが、ばりばりアイドル時代の楽曲も、美穂さんならではの魅力に染めているパワーを考えると、それだってアーティストと呼ぶにふさわしいとさえ感じます。
歌唱力において評価すれば、確かに異常なボーカル能力を持っているわけではないかもしれません。でも、「完璧な歌唱力」より大事なものが、美穂さんの声にはあるのです。そこが中山ファンが認める「中山美穂の歌の魅力」の一部であると僕は思います。
なんだかまわりくどい言い方をしましたが、中山美穂の歌の魅力、このBOXが現時点で発売されている彼女の作品の中では楽曲数から言っても当然ナンバー1。中山美穂のおもてだった軌跡をたどって、じっくりその魅力を胆嚢してみて下さい。

物足りないのが、アルバム主体の美穂の活動。しかもDVDがまあ期待はずれ!リミックスも古いし必要なし。「WAKUWAKUさせて」の12インチも入ってないし。
