レビューを見て迷いましたが、結局買っちゃいました。前作からの変更点はほとんどなし。(何故香港競馬をあそこまでウリにしてるのか分かんない。レースシーンも変わった事に気付かない。)しかし、架空の世界のウイポよりはこっちの方がいい。ただ僕は、いい加減あの牧場やトレセンを移動する時のロード時間を何とかして欲しいと思う。ダビつく3までしかやってない人にはお薦め。4をやった人は、買う必要なし、といったところでしょうか。ちなみに、ノゾミ牧場で同時期に出てくる2頭の馬を掛け合わせると4頭特殊クロスの中ができるけど、効果はサッパリなんだよねえ。競馬ゲーム全体にいえるけど、結局は運任せの配合になってしまう。ゲームの中でぐらいもっと理論通りにいってもいいんじゃないの。

自馬名の実況はじめ全体的には評価できると思います
ますがしかし、それは１作目から平行線のレベル

他のﾚﾋﾞｭｱｰさんの言うとおり、進化はしているとは思いますが
多少過ぎませんか？
極端に言えば
新規登録馬を更新しているだけに思えてならない
シリーズを購入している側からすると
ダビつく自体がパワプロの競馬版に見えます

前詰まりの理不尽な不利が解消されない差・追込馬や
ワンパターンなノゾミ牧場
極端すぎるオッズは相も変わらず

ダビつく自体はアリだと思うし競馬ゲームとしての可能性を感じる
ただその可能性を信じてシリーズを購入している一人の意見としては
もう一段階上の進化を願っています。切に。

ダビつく３以来に購入しました。過去にやった競馬育成シミュはダビスタ９９だけですが、
ダビスタより面白いとハマってしまいました。
今回もサブイベント（？）要素が増えてなかなか楽しいです。

ただ、このイベントを結構こなしていかないといけないので、
苦手な人は牧場が安定し発展するまで、面倒臭いかもしれません。特に複数牧場を作るとウザいかも。

３より実況はかなり良くなってますね。
それでもたまに違和感あったり、無言になってしまいますが…、臨場感はアップしています。
友達の名前入れたり、変な言葉（？）入れたり、と勝手に遊んでます。
レース中は前作より馬がスマートになったようで、前詰まりもやや解消されています。
それでも馬群に包まれると、直線反復横飛び…。
指示で何とかできる場合もありますが、イライラする事もしばしば。

他の欠点といえば、ロードがやや長い、というか多いです。
馬作りも、インブリードの効果があまり出ない…。
３の時は、ダビスタと同様の感覚で作っていたせいか駄馬ばっかりですが、今回も同じ感じ。

安い馬は本当に弱いですが、その代わり、高い馬を配合するだけでＧ１馬が出来たりします。
本当に強い馬作りのためには、繁殖能力を上げていかなければならなかったり、
ちょっと面倒臭い所があります。
配合の幅も広く、特殊クロスや伝説馬（ニジンスキーやヒンドスタン等の過去の馬）も揃っている割に、効果が微妙な所が残念です。
凱旋門賞とかは勝てるのですが、能力自体が高い馬（スピードＡとか）を作っていくのは本当に難しいです。
私が下手なだけかもしれませんが。。。
