　みなさまのレビューどおり、激ハヤ、劇メロ、撃クサ、のドラゴンフォース３ｒｄ。ドラゴンフォースはこのアルバムが初めてだったのですが、イヤハヤ、まったく期待を裏切らない、気持ちいいくらい真正直なパワーメタルです。ある意味、いろいろツッコミたくはなるのですが・・・そんなこと忘れてこの音に身を浸せばいいんですね♪

バラード曲を除いて、全編を通してひたすらギターが暴れ回ってますね。

基本的に速弾きが好きな自分にとって、
購入当初は悶絶モノのアルバムだったのですが、
聴き続けていくうちにやや飽きが来る部分もありました。
ギターソロは練られてる部分が多々あり聴き応えもあるのですが、
時折そろそろ歌に入ってもいいんじゃ…と感じることも少なくないです。

とはいいつつも、あまりに狙い過ぎなクサメロと狂速ギターソロは、
やはりいつ聴いても悶絶モノです。

似たような曲が多い、ってのは確かです。
しかしそんなことはどうでもいい、このクサさが堪らないんだ！
っていう生粋(？)のメロスパーからすれば、
一生聴き続けるアルバムとなるのではないでしょうか？

メタルというものに何を求めるか。これによって、このバンドの評価は相当変わってくると思う。
このバンド、もうとにかく速い速い。高速のブラスト、ギターにハイトーンのヴォーカルが絡むといったバンドである。また、特徴として、ギターソロなどの間奏が非常に長いことが挙げられる。
ただ、聴いていて驚いたのは、これだけのスピードでありながら、メロディがきっちりと構成されている点。あと、所々で見られるちょっとした曲調の変化などもなかなか面白いと感じた。合間合間に入るキーボードやベースもいい味を出している。
ただ、全体を通して似通ったテンポ・展開の曲が多い。また、先に挙げたように間奏が非常に長いため、メリハリを求める人にはあまり向かないかもしれない。あと、決してヘヴィなゴリゴリのメタルではない。以上のことを知った上で買うことをお勧めする。
好き嫌いは分かれるだろうが、個人的には素直にかっこいいと思える内容だった。８曲目のバラードで見受けられるように、ドラマチックな一面も持っているバンドであることも添えておきたい。
速い音楽が好きな人や、ギターテクに酔いしれたい人などは、買って損のないアルバムと言えると思う。
