家庭での運動用に購入しました。
軽くて移動も簡単なわりにしっかりとした作りです。底に滑り止めがついているので、運動中には安定感もあって安心です。附属のCDがついているので、リズムが身につきます。私は少し慣れきたのでテレビを見たり、好きな音楽を来たりしながらステップ運動をしています。

いやあ、ちょっと他と比べ、高価ですが、その分しっかりしています。
雨の日など運動不足が懸念されることがなくなりました。
家で、TVを見ながら、快適です。
後は、効果があらわれるのを待つだけですが、楽しみです。
ちょっと大きめなので保管が？？？です。
でも、そばにあれば思い立ったらすぐに使用できます。
