大きさもちょうど良いし、造りも結構丁寧。
普通の木炭より、豆炭などの使用がよろしいかと。

とても良い買い物をした!
と、バーベキュー仲間達も喜んでいます。

普通のバーベキューコンロに比べて、炭との距離が近いので、焼き物が焦げるのかと思いきや、下からの水蒸気でふっくらと、表面パリッとジューシーに焼き上がります!

なぜ早くコレを購入しなかったか?!と思います。

特に野菜は、今まではパサパサな茄子などを食べてましたが、これは美味しいです。

タレ付きの肉も焦げずに焼けますし、火が安定して回るので焦らずに食べられます。 炭を入れる部分が浅いのも、細めの木炭を使ったり、あまり太いのは縦に割って使えば、全く問題ないと思います。

手入れも丸洗い出来て楽々。
値段もお手頃。
かなりオススメです!
