アリプロのオーケストレーションアルバム待望の第三弾ということで、非常に期待していたのですが正直、期待を遙かに上回る完成度でした。個人的に、今までのオーケストレーションアルバムの中で一番お気に入りかもしれません。今回のアルバムは名匠ルキノ・ヴィスコンティ監督に捧げたい、とのアリカさんの談ですが流石にそう仰るだけあって、インストが今まで以上に壮大で劇的な印象。本当に映画音楽のようで、うっとりしてしまいました。
ボーカルに関して気づいたのは「病める薔薇」「蜜薔薇庭園」「マリーゴールドガーデン」と何処か花咲く庭をイメージさせる作品が多いということ。優雅な旋律と歌声が、夢と魔法の庭園へと誘うかのようです・・。
恋月姫さまのビスクドールのジャケットも美しく、アリプロファンは必携の華麗な一枚。寒い冬の夜のBGMにもぴったりです。

アリプロジェクトはポップスでありながら古典的なクラシックだけでなく近現代クラシックの匂いをそこはかとなく感じさせてくれるところが大きな魅力だと思う。そして、そういう側面を存分に味わえるのがこの作品や「エトワール」「月光嗜好症」のようなストリングスアレンジのアルバム。特にこの「神々の黄昏」は素敵な曲ばかり。
特に素晴らしいのは「百合と夜鶯」。明確なストーリーを持って進行する歌詞がすばらしく、曲の中に1つの世界が完成されている。サビは歌詞と相まって非常に感動的。近現代クラシックの影響を受けたような旋律がちらちらと顔をのぞかせ、普通のポップスでは決して味わえない不気味な美しさと気品を生み出す。
「アンジェノワールの祭戯」も現代音楽のような不気味さ難解さを持っていてピアノ・バイオリンのミステリアスな旋律が非常にカッコイイ。サビでは不気味な空気から一転し、舞い上がるような美しさを見せる。しびれます。テクノっぽかった「幻想庭園」のバージョンよりも私はこのバージョンの方が好き。
「マリーゴールドガーデン」も「幻想庭園」に収録されていた曲。昔のバージョンが持っていたちょっとひねくれた音は排除され、ひたすら優雅で上品で可愛らしくなった。お庭でティータイムでも始めたくなりそうな、とても甘美な名曲。幼い頃に思いをはせるような詩も美しい。
「病める薔薇」は始まり方が非常にカッコよくなった。「ARISTOCRACY」のバージョンにあった中国っぽい音が消え、クラシック色が前面に出て、より優雅でドラマチックな曲になった。落ち着いた静寂の中をたゆたう美旋律。
「神の雪」は暗く悲しく壮大。サビの歌詞の乗せ方が面白い。

以下の方々には心からお薦め致します。 1.自分はクラシックが 好きだ。2.バラード調で感動的 な曲に憧れや関心がありなおかつ好きだ3.アリプロはどんな曲 でも好き。アップテンポじゃない曲もよい。まあ、これはあくまでも俺の推測ですが。バラード調の曲がほとんどを占めているので、退屈に感じる方もいらっしゃるかと存じますが、聴けば聴くほど味わえます。お手にしたならば、どうかじっくりと旋律に耳を傾けて繊細かつ独創的な世界に芳香を放つ紅茶でも飲みながら、浸ってみては如何なものでしょうか…。長々と失礼しました。
