何と言ってもまずグラフィックの綺麗さには驚かされます。
ガレージに並ぶスーパーカーの間を歩き回っているだけで嬉しくリッチな気分になります。

そしてゲームとしても面白いです！レースをクリアする条件がいろいろあって、難易度も幅広く選べ、超初心者から上級者まで楽しめます。
レース中にポイントが貯まる音がチキチキと心地良いです。

全てにおいて一級品のゲーム作品。Xbox360を持っている人は買うしかないでしょ！

　町中で見るどころか、カタログでしか見たことのない車で新宿とかを爆走できる。音も実車から録っているのでホンモン。

おおよそ人生で触れることの無いであろう車が、所狭しと出る本作。町並みもやりすぎの領域だし、何より車のコンソールがほぼ完全に再現されているのが嬉しい。これぞドライバー視点！今までのメーターだけなんて単なるまやかしだぜ！ぶつけても修理代は請求されないので果敢にコースを攻めましょう。ボコボコに凹んだ超絶高級車たちは、ある意味見物です。

いったいどうやって動かしているんだと思うほどリアル。

車について

車の一つ一つをとっても車内まで細かくモデリングしてあり、
コックピットの視点でプレイする時に、各車の違いが出て良い。
収録車種はPGR2より少なくなったが世界のスーパーカーがズラリと登場していて、
なかなか満足でる。

コースについて

新宿、ニューヨークから実際のサーキットのニュルブルクリンクまで収録。
特に新宿コースは身近な事もあり、あ、ここあの場所じゃんみたいな発見も。
フォトモードを使えばコースを自由な角度から見る事が出来るのでオススメ。
また、観客も静止画だとモデリングが荒いが、各観客の動きが個性的で良い。
走っている時の観客は結構リアルに見える。

また、ゲーム機の性能がアップしているので光の表現や質感も本物かと思うくらい素晴らしい。
このような作りこみの細かさが実際のゲームに臨場感を与えてると思う。
車の挙動はゲーム的な味付けをされているが、馬力の有る車を操作している感覚は良く再現できている。

XBOXLiveへ接続すれば世界の人と対戦も出来る。
ゴッサムTVへアクセスすればLiveのレースを中継で見る事が可能。
リアルタイムで見ることも出来るし、レースの最初からさかのぼってみる事も出来る。
まさに仮想空間に広がるテレビ中継と言ったところ。
誰かが新記録を出せばメニュー画面で更新情報を流してくれる。

PGR2と比べてラジオ中継が無かったり、前作の横浜などが無くなりコース数が減っていて残念だが、
その分各コースや車の再現度が尋常じゃないくらい凄い。
全体的にボリュームダウンした変わりにクオリティはアップしてる。

次世代機の性能を感じさせる一本。
