二段QBが無い、と言う噴飯物な踊り念仏的嘘投稿があったので、勝手ながらおさらい。
1:秒間フレーム速度はPS3よりは高い(32〜60)
体験版はダウンロード形式だからだが、(発売直前の体験会でみた)箱○製品版はディスクを倍速ブン回しする為、PS3より若干早めのようだ
2:箱○特有のボイスチャットは確定だが、キーボードチャットは不明
3:難易度は旧作と比べると低下
4:操作から攻略まで、従来とは別ゲームになった為、スタートラインはほぼ一緒
5:システム面で不満がある人は製品版で解消される(キーコンフィグや、オート武器チェンジ等)
6:『レギュレーションファイル』と呼ばれるゲームアップデートがあり、コレによりゲームバランスが変動する(例:ライフルが強かった1.20→殆んどの武器が特色違えど強さはほぼ同じな1.30)
尚、このアップデートが最新で無ければ、オンライン対戦は不可
オフラインはレギュレーション自由変更可
7:PS3では不可能だった5.1ch完全対応
8:カスタムサウンドトラックにより、好きな音楽をかけながらゲームプレイ可

結論:後発だけあって色々改良されてる、ネット対戦が出来るなら買って損は無い

週末ゲーマー程度の自分には、どうも本作のように、常時使うボタンが多いゲームって苦手ですね・・。映像は飛び抜けて次世代機って程ではないが綺麗で、やり込めば面白いのでしょうが、仕事で疲れて帰ってきてから、操作を覚えて慣れるまでが億劫で仕方ありません。簡単操作で奥が深いアクションが好き（というかそういうタイプしか出来ない！？）な自分にはあまり向かなかったようです。本シリーズ未体験の方でも、じっくりプレイすれば決して難し過ぎる難易度ではないと思いますのでお勧めです。ただ、私のようなサクっとプレイしてストレス解消したい人向きではないです。

360版はグラフィックが綺麗になっています。（ＡＡがかかっているようでジャギが無く、処理落ちの軽減なども見られました）
それと音も360版が優れています。単純に5.1ｃｈに対応してますから。
振動も有り、ボイスチャット有り（たぶんドライブの性能から考えてロードも早いでしょう）、両ハード持っているなら360版をオススメします。

ゲームとして、そこまで出来がいいとは感じませんけどね･･･。
