最新アルバム「FUSE OF LOVE」は本当に良かったです。倉木麻衣の気持ちがよく伝わってきました。このシングルはアルバム発売以来初のシングルなので期待したいです。「風のららら」に続いて『名探偵コナン』のオープニングテーマ曲に決定したようです。

日本楽曲史上において「荷造り」と「ベイベー」がこれほど近しい距離に置かれた例はない。宅配便よりももう少し業務運送的なある種ブルーカラーによる運輸風の
疾走感、ブルージーンズのごとき走駆感を感じるあまりにも鮮烈な表題曲である。この真の革命的な意味の所在をわかっていない者たちがあまりにも多い。
また冒頭の「荷造りすませて」のところで本当に荷造りがしたくなる。依頼は佐川急便あるいは西濃運輸あたり。決してクロネコヤマトやゆうパックではなく、この辺りに倉木の決然としたものが感じられる。この表題曲は一種麻薬的な楽曲で当方のiPodでの再生回数は昨日からの換算ですでに百数十余となっている。
未来へ荷造り済ませてベイベー♪ってありえないって。かっこいいな〜。おまけにこれをすぐに「捨てて行こうよ」とこうくるんですね。
せっかく荷造りしたんですが、それはもういいの。峠を越えたら捨てて行く。今までの楽曲でありえない。その潔さ！最高。未来へ荷造り済ませてベイベー♪

今作はタイアップが先行していたのだろうか。
今までのコナンの主題歌になった倉木の作品は、あまりアニメソングという感じがしなかったが、
今作は、典型的なアニメソングって感じがする。
だから良くないというわけではないけれど、なんか安っぽいというか、飽きやすい曲だと思う。
でも、今までの倉木の作品で、これほど疾走感のある曲はなかったので、新鮮ではある。
カップリングは、カップリング曲としては、とても良かった。
やはり倉木には、サイバーサウンドが必須！
