2005年7月23日（土）関東地方を震度5の強震が襲ったこの日、各交通機関のマヒにより、会場に到着することの出来ないファンの為に、開演時間を限界まで延長した末、ANTHEM 20th ANNIVERSARY TOURは幕を開けた。本作は、その日のLIVEの模様をフルサイズ（一部MCのカットあり）で収録している。
第一部は、現メンバーによる再結成後に発表された3枚のアルバムからの楽曲を演奏。第二部は、歴代のメンバーが在籍年代順に登場、当時の楽曲をオリジナルメンバーで再現するという趣向。（（19）（20）では川崎公演のみのサプライズ･ゲスト中間英明（g）が参加）そして一旦現メンバーの演奏に戻って、最後アンコールは全員でセッションという構成。（DISC 2には全6箇所公演の舞台裏に密着したTOUR DOCUMENTARYを収録）

会場に居た筆者は、第一部（８）の演奏（歌詞）で既に泣きそうだった(照)
歴代のメンバーが次々にステージに登場し、名曲の数々を演奏する姿を見て様々な思い出が胸の内に去来する。92年の解散に至る経緯、メンバー間の確執や不和、再結成までの9年という歳月。ステージ上で固い握手を交わし、実に楽しそうに演奏する歴代メンバーたちの姿に胸が熱くなった。このLIVE DVDはANTHEMというBANDの歴史を作ってきた男達の思いと、そのBANDを応援してきたファンの姿を映した正にドキュメントである。

PS：これだけ感動的なLIVEの後でDISC 2の最後では爆笑させられる。これぞANTHEM（笑）

クラブチッタ川崎で行われた超豪華＆極上へヴィメタルライブ！
実際ライブを見に行った私の熱き記憶が鮮明に、かつ強烈によみがえって来た！
不可能と誰しもが考えていた歴代メンバー全員集合という快挙！
アンセムに対する観客の熱き思いとバンドメンバーのバンドに対する深き愛が見事なまでに連結し、完璧なまでに昇華した奇跡のライブは見る者すべてを虜にする。
私は、このライブに立ち会えたことを心から感謝し、また映像として素晴らしい作品を発表してくれたバンドメンバーにあらためて「アンセム最高ー！！！」と伝えたい！
本当に凄いよアンセム！

どうしても都合がつかず観に行けなかったライヴが、今こうして自宅で繰り返し観れるなんて・・・。いい時代になったものです。
レヴュアーの皆さんの熱いメッセージも納得の星５つ、感動必至ライヴです。
歴代メンバーが各々の時代の曲をプレイするという構成も◎で、ラスト２曲での全員集合してのプレイはファンには堪らないプレゼントでしょう！途中の
ＭＣではホロリとさせます。他のメンバーは交代する時間があるのに、リーダー柴田直人氏は出ずっぱりですね。凄いパワーです。｢ミスター・アンセム｣と呼ばれ、メンバーからもファンからもリスペクトされるのも納得ですね。
新旧メンバーを比較して様々な意見があるでしょうが、個人的には英三のがんばりが印象的です。全然森川に負けない素晴らしいヴォーカルを披露しています。リーダーも｢今のバンドの音は、過去最高！｣と語っていますね。現在の
なんちゃってＲ＆Ｂ、ヒップ・ホップ全盛の音楽シーンの中にでも、これほど
頑固に、これほど熱く、自分達の音楽をプレイし続けている男達がいることを
もっと多くの人達に（特に若者達）知ってもらいたいと思います。
｢Ｗｉｌｄ　Ａｎｔｈｅｍ｣で男泣きして下さい。あ〜、やっぱり、何が何でもライヴに行くべきでした。後悔しています。最高のライヴ◎！！！
