もうアリシア様様ですね。彼女の音楽は上品でソウルフルでとても力強いです。そこらへんのチャラチャラした音楽とはかけ離れています。リアルな音楽を聞きたい人は是非彼女をオススメしたいです！あれだけ自分の音楽スタイルを確立するのに相当の苦労と努力と時間が必要です。すごいとしか言えないですね。肝心のDVDの内容に入りますが、アンプラグドまでの実現、主にセカンドアルバムからの選曲とデビューアルバムに収録されている曲、4曲（もちろんあの衝撃のデビュー曲falllin入っています！）、今注目のバンド、マルーン5のボーカル、アダム・ラヴィーンとのデュエットも入っています。このデュエット本当に良かった。アダムが弾くギターとアリシアが弾くピアノとバックのドラムがきれいで、二人のハーモニーが素晴らしかった！あと、ラストは豪華なゲストが出て会場は大はしゃぎ。一気にヒートアップでラストにはふさわしいエンディングでした！新曲も2曲収録。「アンブレイカブル」は私のお気に入りです。ちなみにこの曲、今人気のカニエ・ウェスト様が一緒にプロデュースしています。このDVD買って損はないと思いますよ！オススメです！

あっという間にグラミーを受賞して、来日すれば、武道館で何日も公演をするノラ・ジョーンズほどではないものの、収容人員5000人前後の東京国際フォーラム・ホールAでパフォーマンスができるセレブリティ、アリシア・キーズ。
とはいえ、アリシアのピアノ弾き語りソウルは、本来、小さいハコで聴くはずのもの。ということで、それを可能にしたこのライヴDVDは貴重なものでしょう。歌唱、演奏、MC、いろんな面でライヴ慣れしているので、アンプラグドでも、いやアンプラグドだからこそ、とにかくすばらしい。アリシアは、スタジオ録音よりもライヴ録音で聴くほうがいいですね。
最後は、意外や意外、ソウル、弾き語りではなく、ヒップホップで締めるところもよかったです。
歌詞・対訳が印刷された日本盤ブックレットつき。

ついに、この人がアンプラグドに登場！

で、その内容は、期待したとおりです。彼女はまだ、２枚のアルバムしか世に送り出していないが、すでに最高のアーティストと称しても許されるほどの出来。衝撃を受けたのは、Karmaだ。オリジナルアルバム収録のものとは、まったく違う衝撃。情熱的で、たまらない。

ライブ全体を通して、アリシアさん自身が言うように、まさに「心のこもった」ものになっていると思います。
