上記のタイトルのような意見を度々目にします。
正直言って、そのような意見は盲目的な意見です。
今までと違う、だからなんだと言うのか。
同じような曲を作っては出し、作っては出し。
そんな無限ループを繰り返すよりはよっぽどマシではないですか？
いつまでも自分の思い通りにしていたい、そんな束縛的な意見にしか見えません。
今までと違うことをする、それはひどく勇気のいることです。
そうやって彼らが、躊躇しながらも踏み出した一歩を、｢今までと違うからダメ｣などと無碍にするのはいかがでしょうか？

どんな好きなアーティストでも、何度聞いてもあまり好きにはなれない曲もあるでしょう。曲調が好かなかったり、歌詞が気に入らなかったり。
どんな好きな人でも、嫌いな部分が出てくるのと同じように、です。
それでも、ただ単に｢今までと違う｣と“今まで”と“今”を比べただけの批判は、あまりにも浅はかです。

個人的には、サビがかなり印象的だな、と。
そこまでの持って行き方も上手いし、ここまで売れるには十分にいい歌だと思います。

実は、この歌が話題になるまで、
レミオロメンというグループを全く知りませんでした。
この歌が挿入歌のドラマを見たこともありませんが、
この歌は非常に完成度が高く
実に切ないバラードだと思います。
聴いていて思わず涙が出てしまう程切ないです。
♪粉雪、ねぇ・・・♪のサビの部分は勿論好きですが、
歌いだしの部分から、ぐっと引き込まれるものがあります。
レミオロメンのファンの方々にも、そうでない私のような素人の方にも
是非、購入して頂きたい一枚です。

昔からのレミオロメンファンにしてみると言いたいことがかなりあるみたいですが、「売れる」という事は決して悪いことではないと思うのです。今までの歌にくらべあきらかに違いはありますが「売れる」ことであらためて、正当にレミオロメンというグリープが評価されたと思います。これからは『「粉雪」以降』という言葉がついてまわると思います。彼らには第2、第3の「粉雪」を期待しています。
