買う前に、ここのレビューを読んでいればよかった...。確かに新訳はひどい。
「最近のガキには困ったもんだ」の訳には私も固まってしまいました。
オリジナルのセリフの面白さがまったく消えてしまっている...。
歌によっては、途中から歌詞の字幕がなくなってたり。私が今までに観た映画の中で
ベスト1だったのに、コレクターズ・エディション（こっちは星5つ）持っていながら
わざわざ買ったのに、このエディションにはほとほとガッカリです。
初めて買う人は、コレクターズ・エディションをおすすめします。ほんとに。

旧版の翻訳が非常に適切だったのに、あえて劣悪な新訳にしてしまった
のが理解出来ない。「Break my heart, a boy that young going bad」
の「若者の非行には胸が痛む」から「最近のガキには困ったもんだ」、
「Shake」を「ゆすれ」って何？　って具合に奈津子テイストな出鱈目
な翻訳にゲンナリ。誰かちゃんと人がチェックしていれば…
　この劇場版を待っていただけにこの新訳の出来の酷さには本当に残念
でガッカリでした。画質とか悪くないんですけどね…　こんな字幕の出来では…

昔心躍らせたあの劇場公開版をＤＶＤで！と、コレクターズエディションを持っていながら買ったのに・・・
なんじゃこの字幕の訳はあああああああああーーーーーーーー
中学生にでも仕事させてるのか？
言葉拾って辞書引いて意味当てればいいってもんじゃないんだよ！！！
主人公は、下層階級のゴロツキっていうことなんだから
「逃げようぜ」じゃなくて「ズラかるぜ」とか、「牢屋から出所してきた」じゃなくて「ムショを出たばかり」とか、もっと設定に合う訳があるだろうが！
あまりにもひどくてシェ・ポールのシーンで見るの止めた。
ハッキリ言って、こんな風に作品に対して愛情のない仕事してたら会社潰れますよ。
金返してくれ！損した！
