「月刊Gファンタジー」にて連載中の氷川へきる原作によるスクールコメディアニメシリーズ第1巻。自由すぎる校風ゆえに個性的な生徒が通う桃月学園に11歳の天才女教師先生・レベッカ宮本が赴任してくる。第1話から第4話までを収録。

おいおい、このスタッフたちの脳はどうなっちゃってるんだ！ こんなに暴走しててクレームこなかったのか？ スゲェよあんたら最高だ！もっとやれ！

例えば、静止画を活かしたあんまり動かないOP、作品全体が劇中劇であることを臭わす小道具、カットバックの代わりにコマを使う手法、主要キャラ以外の大胆な捨象などなど、リミテッドアニメの極限まで逝っちゃったメタなギャグ技法は、もはや呆然を通り越した感動以外の何ものでもない。

実験と、悪ふざけと、意外にしっかりした技術。本作をまとめるとそんな感じだろうか。新房昭之監督は、オタクに媚びすぎてるなどと批判されるようが、これは、媚びてるんじゃあない、本人も楽しんで小ネタを詰め込んでいるんだ。そうでなけりゃここまでネタが続かないだろう。

本作は2005年最高のTVアニメ作品だと思う。ベッキーもかわいいし、斎藤千和もはまり役だ。まあアイキャッチのベホイミが一番かわいいんだが。

マンガ原作の方は、もともと不条理モノの上に、だんだん連載するうちに変化していった部分などもあったのだが、アニメ化にあたってその辺をスタッフがすっきり整理し、一気に分かりやすくなったと思う。キャラクターの性格もきっちり完成されているしね。絵も癖が抜けて安定しているし、メリハリ効いた色指定が、キャラのかわいらしさを上げている。原作を受け付けなかった人も、楽しめるんじゃなかろうか。

小ネタが異様に多しなアニメ。あ、これはっ！と気づくと要所要所で思わず噴出してしまいます。特に黒板の落書きは要注意。
原作の「ぱにぽに」にはない要素です。
てか原作から持ってきてるのはキャラ設定ぐらいで、後はオリジナル路線を突っ走ってます（笑

作画のクオリティと4話収録なのも手伝って、かなりお得なDVDだと思います。

キャラやセリフ回し、小ネタがいちいち面白い!!
なのに最近のアニメにしてはめずらしく、
作　画　が　素　晴　ら　し　い！(２話はチョット弱いかな；)
所々に思わせぶりなほどお色気が入るのもイイ！
ただ単にエロのみに依存した駄アニメが氾濫してる中でこれほどキャラでもネタでも勝負できる作品は他にナシ！
この画質のまま、このテンションのまま放映し続けたこの作品スゲぇ！
しかも４話も入ってるしね！
２話しか入れないのに７０００円も取る地方アニメに比べれば安い安い！！

なにはなくともぱにぽにＸ！
