収録されている曲のほとんどがアルバム『DIRTY KARAT』とかぶっているのですが、どちらかを買うとしたら個人的にはこちらをおすすめします。
『DIRTY KARAT』を聴いたときは、正直ちょっと玄人向け（ロックマニア向けってこと）すぎるんじゃないかという感じがして、とっつきにくい印象があったのですが、このライヴ盤の印象は全然違います。例えるなら、『DIRTY KARAT』は高級料亭の懐石料理みたいなんですが、このライヴ盤は釣った魚を船の上でその場でさばいて食ってるような感じです。
要はグルーヴ感とかテンションとか勢いがやっぱり違うんですよね。そういうライヴの現場でしか生まれ得ない要素がものすごくいいのが、このバンドの特徴なんじゃないでしょうか。ライヴで鍛えられてきたツワモノの集まりみたいなバンドですから、当たり前と言えば当たり前なんですが。
ライヴ盤はあまり好きじゃないという方もいらっしゃると思いますが、このバンドのかっこよさを知りたいならライヴ抜きには語れないはずです。ロックの醍醐味はやっぱりライヴです！

3.0 out of 5 stars う〜ん、ひょんなところでマスタリングの大切さを実感, 2006/1/19
すごいテンションの演奏だ。ライブはすさまじいだろう、ということは想像がつく。（ちなみにライブは未見です）じゃぁ、それをなぜCDで聴くのか。実はそこがわからなくなってくる。よしと爆音で聴いてわかった。

マスタリングだ。音のエッジがきれいに削り取られている。チバのVOもサウンドに沈み込んでいる。そこで同じミックス･エンジニア山口州治さんのライブ作品、イエローモンキーのライブを聴く。全然違う。がさつな音だが、楽器がぐわんぐわん鳴っているし、観客の声もうるさい。その中で吉井さんのヴォーカルがくっきりとぎりぎり切迫感を感じさせる。

ロック･バンドのライブ･アルバムって難しいよね。ほとんど曲の順番を変えてつぎはぎしているから会場で感じる興奮が連続して高まる感じは絶対とらえられないし・・・。よっぽどコンセプチュアルでないと何度も聴きたいとは思えない。

新曲もめっちゃカッコいい！
ROSSOはどこまでいっちゃうのだろうか？
