もち米系（お餅・お赤飯）が最高に美味しく（＾-＾）
いろんな人から催促されます（特にお赤飯）。
とにかくモチモチしていて、デパートに入っている
有名店なんかより美味しく感じます。

ネットで情報を集めて、
Panasonic⇒もちが‘砕いて炊くのみかん肌’だが、
パン焼きには定評。
MK⇒こね・発酵・焼きが独立していて、それぞれの工程に
不満がある場合、それぞれの調節が可能。
象印⇒もち機能以外はPanasonicと一緒だが、廉価で定評。
という中で、
生種起こし・うどん/パスタ生地が作れない等の不満点が
あるものの、もち機能を優先させて選択し満足しています。

パンケースが長方形かつ１〜２斤対応ということで、
１斤用レシピだと小麦粉等を工夫しないと食パンの
両端の高さないし高さ自体が足りなくなる等の問題が
ありますが、２斤用だと問題無く出来ます（＾＾；

小麦粉やドライイーストを選別するのは楽しいですし、
天然酵母パンとピザ生地も秀逸でした。

購入前は他社製品を検討していましたが、この機種だとおもちが１升までつけるということで思い切って予定変更。

届くまでは店舗などで同じ製品を見て、現物がある程度大きめのサイズであることに抵抗を感じていましたが実際に製品を台所においてみてもちつき機能も込みで考えるとそれほどたいそうでもないなとひと安心。

まったく初めての食パン作りも大成功！
回数重ねておいしいパンをたっくさん作りたいです。

本当に買ってよかった！！

最初からこちらにしておけば良かった。他社のお餅も出来るのを買ったのですがもち米は蒸さなくては美味しくないのです。使いやすさも、後のお手入れもこのベーカリーは便利です。パンもおいしいです。置き場所も餅つき器よりコンパクト。ホームベーカリーと思ったら大きいかも。でもどうせ焼くならこのくらいのパンが作れた方が便利。大は小を兼ねますからね。
