1stから、ここまで変貌するとは思っていなかった。
彼らにしかできないであろう世界観はそのまま、というよりもっと濃縮され、さらにそこへ疾走感や笑いながら突っ走るような爽快感が付加された。
楽曲の進化に伴い、楽器も良い音を出している。どれもパンチを備え、志村の歌声もそうだが、伸びやかである。それと、フジファブリックの曲を聴いて思うのは、曲の前のめりなリズムとは裏腹に志村の伸びやかな、良い意味で傍観者的で淡々とした唄い方は中毒性がある。
志村正彦の奇抜な詞のセンスは1stから他には無い視点・発想が胎動していたと思うが、今作では「モノノケハカランダ」をはじめ、突き抜けている。「銀河」では印象的なフレーズが（PVも強烈だが）耳に残るだろう。「唇のソレ」では煌めく狂ったパレードのような楽しさが感じられることだろう。「水飴と綿飴」ではギター・山内総一郎作曲だという甘い夏の宵のような音に包まれるだろう。もうすでに色んなところで志村が語っている通り、1stのときのような昔を顧みがちな詞は少ない。反対に、スタートした直後のような加速感を内包した詞がよく見られる。まったりした日常の詞も兼ね備えているんだから、文句のつけようはない。
ポップな曲が多い中、最後の曲である「茜色の夕日」はイントロから肌が粟立つ。志村の実体験だとかそういう話は抜きにして、叙情的な詞は多くを語ってはいないけれど、曲全体が雄弁だ。トリには相応し過ぎる。
進化。

フジファブ、大化けです。
１曲目のイントロからヤラレてしまいました。
このアルバムで鳴っている全ての音がかっこいい。
詩もメロディーもアレンジもとにかく全てが変で異質。
このアルバムでフジファブリックはオンリーワンな異彩を放つバンドになった。少しニューウェーブリバイバル入っているし、
BLOC PARTYなんかと比べても、十分肩を並べられるんではないでしょうか？
UKでリリースしたら日本よりも売れるんじゃない？
今年絶対必聴の１枚です。借りてでも聴きましょう！！

何故か引き込まれてしまうフジファブリックの世界。
１度聞いたら忘れられない曲が多いと思います。
「銀河」はＰＶ見て変わってたのでちょっとビックリしすぎて
はまった１枚。そこからかれらの魅力にはまりました。
この１枚は買いです＾＾
