：長所：
操作性やバトルシステムは殆ど格ゲー感覚で簡単（人に寄る？）
技を覚えたりして主人公が成長していったり育成要素もあり楽しめる（若干）
仲間にしたり金を奪ったり相手の運命も自由自在でかなり悪を演出出来ます。

：短所：
マップ移動時にいちいち読み込み時間がかかるのがウザイ。
車もタクシーを利用するか盗む度一回しか利用できないから存在する意味もない。
手下を作って呼び出してもこっちが向かえにいかなければいけない（こっちがボスなのに）
ビートダウンや武器を使った動作が全主人公共通でどれを選んでも結果的にはあまり変わらない。
仲間の数は多いけど侍道の刀集めみたいに物をコレクションしていく様な作業的なものに感じる部分もある（仲間と言うよりもはやコレクションカードみたいに思える）
ミニゲームがほぼ無いにも等しい（スリと仕事くらい）
技が地味っす。
常に夜で街も狭い上遊べないから結構飽きが早いです。
街は一般人もイカれた奴ばかりで殴っても極悪さが際立たない。

否定的な事ばかり言いましたが、この辺は人それぞれ好みの寄ると思いますので悪所ばかりで
ないのは確かです。
ただ・・・下手するとそれなりゲームやる人がやると２〜３日で飽きます。

グランドセフトオートのようなゲームと期待して買ったんですが、
さすがにあそこまでの自由度はありません。むしろ自由度は低いかも。
いろいろと不満点はあって、
「マップの異常なせまさ」
「住民の少なさ」
この2点はいかんともしがたい欠点だと思います。
このゲーム性そのままでも良いんで、マップが広くて、ボコボコに殴れる住民がもっと多ければ
かなりいろいろ遊べたかも知れません。

とは言いながらも結構楽しんでます。
洋服のバリエーションや称号システム（お金をいくら持ってる、何人倒したなどで変わる）
のおかげでやりこみ度は結構あります。バトル自体はシンプルで楽しいし。
もしも続編などが出て、スケールが大きくなったらかなり面白くなりそうです。

単純にコンセプトなどは非常に面白いしプレーしてても凄く楽しいです。
が、もっといくらでも良く出来たんじゃないかと思いましたね。
マップとかももっと広く出来たと思いますし。
２週目からのダルさなどもあります。こういうのもいくらか対応して欲しかった。
面白いけど総合的にはもっと頑張れたはずと。
この手のバイオレンス系の物としては面白さはトップクラスだと思います。
もっと力入れれば普通にそうなれる代物だと思います。
